In lullaby fashion, Truth conveys how smoking can cause plaque build-up and erectile dysfunction in men as young as 20. Starting with the lyrics "Twinkle, twinkle little Dick," the song goes on to illustrate a sick character who wants to grow but is too sick. He tries to fly a kite but can't get it up, and Steve ultimately steals his chick. Flying cigarettes shaped like guns shoot the balloon Dick is standing on and he is sent plummeting after it pops.
