Former NFL coach and "Thursday Night Football" anchor Bill Cowher teams up with Verizon to present a segment on football/life balance. He enters the kitchen of a couple preparing a fruit and cheese platter, an example of life with no football. Next stop is the basement, where he encounters the homeowners' son, decked out in Green Bay Packers gear and cheering on his team while surrounded by snacks, a demonstration of football with no life. At a medieval-themed kids party, Cowher presents with the couple with a phone streaming the 2016 NFL Playoffs via NFL Mobile. While they become immersed in the game, two young girls assail the retired coach with toy swords as they run by.
