Chick-fil-A says that while the "A" in its name originated from using Grade A chicken, the company believes everything it does should be "Grade A." Employees say that to them, the "A" stands for going above and beyond and taking an extra level of care. The company says it is bringing it's "A" game during these times by caring for healthcare workers and practicing cleanliness to keep its team members and customers safe.
